There’s an old Mike Tyson quote, “everybody has a plan until they get punched in the face.” Prepartion, aspiration, plans; all evaporate under the strain of physical attack. For normal people. But for a select few, the threat of attack, the pain of  pressure, it pushes them forward. Makes them perform better.

Former UFC champion Charles Oliveira and featherweight contender Tracy Cortez are two of those few. Driven by adversity and suffering. Built under pressure.
